Meet the founder & course instructor
Pastor Larry Stockstill, D.D.
Larry grew up under the 68-year ministry of his father, Roy Stockstill. He began preaching at 16 and graduated from Oral Robert University in 1975. After marrying his wife Melanie at 23 and going to Africa as a missionary, he became the pastor of Bethany Church at 30. In 28 years, the church grew from 1,500 to 7,500 and planted 25,000 other churches worldwide. Since his son Jonathan became pastor in 2011, Larry has travelled and spoken 150 times annually training pastors, conferences, and local churches.

40 life-changes lessons included in the online course
“Spirituality” - Do you want to pray more consistently and see results? Is your church a praying and worshipping church? Do you struggle with hearing the voice of God, message prep, speaking connection, and long-term planning of your annual messages?
“Systems” - Do you feel prepared to lead in all the day-to-day decisions from 10-12 different areas you are supposed to oversee (small groups, weddings/funerals, managing crises, kids/youth ministry, counseling, church government, discipleship, and many others)? Do you have highly developed systems for each area of your ministry?
“Self-Management” - Is you marriage solid on the outside but failing on the inside? Are your kids preparing for leadership? Does your life feel slightly out of control and unbalanced between work, family, and purpose? Are you personally growing?
“Strategies” - With systems in place, do you have a strategic plan to grow your church by vision, fundraising, expansion (campuses), extension (church plants), mission (local and foreign), team building (staff), finances, and even succession? Are you a Great Commission pastor?
